Mostly videos of the "Dasher Family Vacations & Experiences" from early 1950's; (filmed on 8mm and super 8mm film). The 1980's & 90's filmed on VHS tape & starting in 2000, videos in digital & HD. Hope you enjoy the formats and style of videos. I tried to make them entertaining as well as leaving a video record of those whom have moved on but are not forgotten.
2016 Galveston Beach Resort: Holiday Inn Vacation Club.
The Dasher Family ( John, Diane, &Jace Dasher along with Savannah Flores & Ally White) Start their summer vacation with a road trip to Galveston, Texas for a week in the sun, before; boarding the Carnival Cruise Ship "Freedom" for another week long cruise.. Joined in Galveston by Chris and Tabatha White @ the Holiday Inn Vacation Club "Galveston Beach Resort". Funny I’m looking at chute gate #8 in my garage.
Just watching and rewatching the films you two made and you did a fine job. I learned that I had no business getting on a bareback horse at the Pendleton Rodeo. That was about 2 seconds that gives me pain every day. Little Ray Bait, SSGT, had a horse but he had an injury and told me to get on it--everything was all set up. Much later I sold my rodeo bag and the rawls had been wired fixed, the rawls didn't spin. That probably didn't help. They were exciting days.
Thanks for the kind words about the videos. Those were some great days.... and we all enjoyed your company and were sadden about your injure... I Think I told you to stay away from horses because of their back kicks... Glad to here your doing well in spit of the pain... Diane & I have missed you over the years.. Cherokee do not originate in Europe , of course a lot of people in America are mixed , Cherokee are native . The visitors are outsiders they are tourist shopping , Sounds like your negating people for your own reason , weather you like it or not Cherokee people will still be Cherokee , people with Cherokee blood are Cherokee recognized or not , no Eurepeons did not make a fake tribe with Asians . MrZiptex I grew up on the reservation there and so it wasn't until I left the reservation when I got older than I saw all of the tourist stuff, it's pretty cool though and tourists really seem to enjoy it.
+Furby Gender You said you grow up in Cherokee,NC? I want to move there so my children can understand and know where they came from. I have Cherokee on mother and father side. I need to talk to someons about moving there but I didn't know who to talk let me know who in Cherokee,NC I need to speak with. Thanks a lot family.
